So, we’re not saying that you need to drop out of uni if you wanna make it. All we’re saying is, not everyone who’s earning the big bucks saw their education through to the very end.

3. Lady Gaga
Gaga dropped out of University to focus on her music career and now she’s the queen of everything. ‘Nuff said.
4. James Cameron
If award winning film director, James Cameron didn’t drop out of college to become a truck driver, he wouldn’t have made Titanic, and Leo wouldn’t have got his big break and the world would’ve been a far worse place than it is right now… Also, Avatar.
5. Oprah Winfrey
Oprah left college to focus on her media career when she was offered a job at a local TV station. She is now the considered to be ‘the Queen of all Media’ and an amazing philanthropist. Not to mention having her own talk show and acting career… no biggie.
6. Ellen DeGeneres
TV presenter, actor, writer, producer, comedian and all round legend, Ellen DeGeneres decided college wasn’t the right path and left in the first semester to enter the working world. Things really came up Millhouse for Ellen 😍

The Microsoft founder left university to focus on computer stuff and is now considered to be one of the richest people in the world. Not that it’s all about money; Gates is one of the most generous philanthropists in the world. In 2013 it was estimated that he had donated an enormous $44.3 Billion dollars to charity. 8. Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs dropped out of college so that we could all have iPhones and good-looking laptops. Bonus fact: He also basically invented Font. Well… not really – but rumour has it that if he hadn’t dropped in on a Calligraphy class, he wouldn’t have enabled Apple Macs to have a variety of fonts to choose from instead of just one standard font – So we all have Steve Jobs to thanks for Comic Sans and iPhones. 🙌🏾
9. Zoella
Zoe Sugg decided uni wasn’t for her and instead, she casually became one of the most successful YouTubers ever. Zoella’s been working on growing her 11.8 million+ subscriber list and raking in her millions every since, good going Zoella!
10. David Karp
Another one who left School to become a genius. This guy is the founder of Tumblr. At age 11 David Karp was making websites for businesses, at 15 he started homeschooling but never returned to get a diploma! At age 21, Karp launched social networking site, Tumblr… and he did all that before his 30th birthday! Pretty impressive huh?!
